 SOY LATTE BLUES
Well, I don’t need

no coffee,
 I don’t need
       no nicotine.

 Don’t need no

funny cigarettes,
 no girlie magazines.

 And I don’t need
       no vitamins,

and I sure as hell don’t like to juice.

And I don’t need no gingko,
when my memories get loose.

chorus:
No, the only thing that I need to do,
when my train runs off that track...
Is to remember I got a family
and they’ll always watch my back.

And I don’t need no Feng Shui
just to situate my stuff.
And I don’t drink no wheat grass,
Lord! the stuff is way too rough.

And I don’t need no karmic goddess,
to tell my about my fate.
And I don’t need no self-help books,
to teach me how to mate.

chorus:
No, the only thing that I need to do,
when my train runs off that track...
Is to remember I got a family
and they’ll always watch my back.

I don’t wear a tin foil hat,
so the Man can’t read my thoughts.
And I don’t need to pay no bills,
for my family’s future plots.

And I don’t take my depressed dog,
to see a hundred dollar shrink.
And I don’t need no bionic feedback,
to teach me how to think.

chorus:
No, the only thing that I need to do,
when my train runs off that track...
Is to remember I got a family
and they’ll always watch my back.
